Before starting NFS Management, Alisha, the Founder spent years working in property management, overseeing Airbnb and rental portfolios. The hardest part of that role was not the tenants, the landlords, or the bookings — it was consistently finding cleaning contractors who were reliable, communicated well and took real pride in their work.
Missed details, late arrivals, and inconsistent standards led to delayed move-ins, unhappy landlords, and stressed clients. All of those problems always landed back on her desk, not the cleaner's. That experience taught her that a dependable clean is not a nice-to-have — it is the foundation of a successful operation, no matter the sector.
